Newmarket Swim Club were out in force at the Deben Open

Head Coach Annette Skeet was very impressed and gave the following comments "We had some great swims at the weekend but the results are far too many for me to name everyone individually. We gained 59 PB’s, 8 County times (but there could be more) 29 Gold Medals, 18 Silver and 7 Bronze, we also gained 3 Regional medals, 2 for Tess, 200m F/c & I/M and one for Etholle Marks in the 200m Fly. A BIG thank you goes to Chris Deaton and Marjie Davis for officiating on the Saturday (Marjie even stayed for the 3rd session because they were short but the girls weren’t swimming) and Chris Bellwood for coming along on the Sunday again without a swimmer, we also had Charlie Davis and Lee Pooley in whites for the Saturday"
