Transition Squad Criteria

One session is available in the Transition squad for those swimmers who are new members to the club and those who are still having swimming lessons and becoming members of the Club so that the transition from one to the other is smooth

Please remember to bring your Fins, Pull Buoy, Kick board & 2 drink bottles to every session

Squad movement is by - ability, attendance, progress ETC and Coaches discretion

A - Sunday 9.45am to 10.30am

- Kick Board (small)
- Pullbuoy (small)
- Fins (short)
- Water bottle minimum size 75ml
- Hat
- Spare goggles (recommended)
