Intermediate

Criteria

1. To be able to achieve 1200m in a T20
2. To complete a 10 x 100m Frontcrawl Test set off 1.45 with a minimum of 10 seconds rest
3. To attend a minimum of 4 sessions a week including 1 morning
4. To achieve County times and attend the meet
5. To actively compete in Level 2 & 3 Open meets

Swimmers must comply with a minimum of 3 of the above to remain in the squad

Training Times

Monday 20:00 to 21:00
Wednesday 6:00 to 7:00am
Wednesday 18:00 to 19:30
Thursday 19:00 to 20:00
Friday 18:00 to 19:30
Sunday 17:30 to 18:30


Land training is on Sundays and 12 & over is from 4.30 – 5.15pm and the under 12 is 5.30 -6.15pm

– Kick Board (small)
– Pullbuoy (small)
– Fins (short)
– Drag Shorts
– Old T shirt (as Junior Age)
– Water bottle minimum size 75ml
– Hat
– Hand Paddles
– Exercise band
– Spare goggles (recommended)
– Mesh bag (optional)
